Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands seeks an experienced Senior Manager with deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management to lead design, delivery and evolution of EPM solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting and analytics.

You will partner with senior finance stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable roadmaps, guide cross‑functional delivery teams, ensure modelling standards and data integrity, and help grow Deloitte’s EPM capability in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A, or EPM transformations.
• Proven experience with one or more EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud).
• End-to-end delivery across architecture, prototyping, testing, deployment and stabilisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and evolution of enterprise EPM solutions for planning, consolidation, reporting and analytics.
• Guide multidisciplinary delivery teams and mentor staff.
• Shape solution roadmaps and ensure data integrity, governance and modelling standards.

• 10+ years’ relevant consulting or industry experience delivering Finance, FP&A, or EPM transformations, with increasing responsibility for outcomes, teams, and budgets.
• Significant experience with one ormultiple EPM platforms such as Oracle EPMCloud, Anaplan, etc.withdeepunderstanding of modelling standards, data structures, and performance considerations.
• Demonstrated end-to-end delivery experience across solution architecture, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-go-livestabilisationfor enterprise planning or consolidationprogrammes.
• 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and managing complex, multi-workstreamprogrammes.
• Proven experience coaching and developing high-performing teams and contributing to practice capability growth.
• Strong commercial acumen—able to shape propositions, respond to RFPs/RFIs,scopework, and contribute to pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Certifications in relevant EPM technologies or architecture frameworks areadvantageous; commitment to continuous learning is essential.
