Job summary

McKinsey & Company’s Orphoz practice in Amsterdam seeks a creative problem-solver to lead large‑scale transformations. You’ll translate strategic goals into initiatives, set KPIs, and drive value across EBITDA, cash flow, and ops capabilities. Expect 80% travel, hybrid on‑site work Mon–Thu, Fridays for firm development.

You’ll join a team of transformation professionals, collaborating with partners to deliver lasting impact and develop leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
2+ years of experience delivering transformation programs.
Certifications such as Lean/Six Sigma or PMP/Agile are a plus.
Experience in operational excellence, procurement transformation, or post‑merger integration is valuable.
Entrepreneurial, resilient, and proactive mindset under pressure.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Business level fluency in English, Dutch and French.

Responsibilities

Lead transformations and run Transformation Offices delivering measurable outcomes.
Mobilize people, engage leaders, coach teams, and build resilience.
