Qualifications

• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Business level fluency in English, Dutch and French.

Most of your work will be on‑site or hybrid from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays dedicated to firm development. You’ll be part of a small, trusted team of 3–5 colleagues, integrated with McKinsey partners, ensuring close collaboration and high‑impact results At Orphoz, we partner with top organizations to make real, lasting change. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field, backed by a strong academic record
• 2+ years of experience delivering transformation programs
• Experience in value‑creation areas like operating‑model redesign or procurement excellence is a plus, as are certifications such as Lean/Six Sigma or PMP/Agile.
• Experience in one or more of the below topics: operational excellence and implementation, procurement transformation, post‑merger integration or implementation of AI projects to reshape company operations
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and proactive individuals who thrive under pressure
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Functional experience with AI‑related solutions (e.g., analytics, automation, AI‑enabled tools) is highly desirable
• Business level language fluency skills, both verbally and in writing, in English, Dutch and French are mandatory
