Job summary

Orphoz, a McKinsey company, seeks a transformative professional to translate strategic goals into concrete initiatives and to drive value across EBITDA, cash flow, and operations. You will redesign operating models, lead transformation offices, and mobilize leadership and teams for durable impact.

Based in Amsterdam with up to 80% travel, you will collaborate closely with McKinsey experts to connect strategy with execution and deliver measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or similar field.
• 2+ years of experience delivering transformation programs.
• Experience in value-creation areas like operating-model redesign or procurement excellence is a plus, as are Lean/Six Sigma or PMP/Agile certifications.
• Experience in operational excellence and implementation, procurement transformation, post-merger integration or AI project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational goals into clear initiatives and measurable KPIs.
• Unlock value across performance areas such as EBITDA, cash flow, and operational capability.
• Redesign organizations by implementing new models and systems for lasting impact.
• Lead transformations and manage Transformation Offices delivering measurable outcomes.
• Mobilize people, coach teams, and collaborate with McKinsey experts to connect strategy with execution.
