Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a Delivery Consultant for Orphoz in Amsterdam or Brussels. The role focuses on turning strategy into action, setting KPIs, and delivering measurable outcomes across performance areas.

You will mobilize leaders, coach teams, and work closely with McKinsey experts to create tangible results. You’ll engage in large-scale transformations, align operating models, and drive value while traveling up to 80% and working on-site or hybrid from Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience delivering transformation programs.
• Fluency in Dutch (or Dutch and French) plus English - mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
• Certifications such as Lean/Six Sigma or PMP/Agile are a plus.
• Experience in value-creation areas like operating-model redesign or procurement excellence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into action by translating goals into clear initiatives and KPIs.
• Lead transformations and Transformation Offices to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Engage, coach, and mobilize leaders and teams for lasting impact.
• Collaborate with McKinsey experts to connect strategy with execution.
