Job summary

Gladwell Academy, part of Highberg, is seeking a Program Coordinator to be the central hub of our training organization, ensuring smooth planning, scheduling, and delivery of courses, learning journeys, and development programs.

You will coordinate with clients and trainers, support participants, and manage on-site and hybrid events, building lasting relationships with international clients while embracing AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs, Learning & Development, event management, or similar.
• Planning and organizing programs/events with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication, written and spoken.
• Able to work 32–40 hours per week.
• Hybrid work with at least 2 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-company training programs, open enrollment courses, and learning journeys from request to evaluation.
• Create and manage training schedules with clients, trainers, and planning team.
• Handle all operational preparations: participant communications, materials, certificates, and digital learning environments.
• Serve as primary contact for trainers, participants, and clients throughout the training process.
• Monitor progress, quality, and participant experience; process evaluations and implement improvements.
• Maintain relationships with existing international clients and trainers.
• Welcome participants and facilitate on-site training sessions with professional hospitality.
• Identify issues in planning/execution and propose effective solutions.
