Job summary

Action is seeking a People Development Coordinator to manage the logistics of training programmes and ensure seamless delivery of learning events. You will support the HR team, respond to employee inquiries, and help create resource materials to aid employee development.

In this role, you will work closely with Learning & Development Specialists, find opportunities to improve processes, and contribute to a structured learning environment across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Experience in more complex organisations.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience with reporting.
• Affinity with Learning & Development and administrative work.
• Fluent English; Dutch knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics of training programmes and ensure events run smoothly.
• Oversee the team mailbox and respond to employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development Specialists to create resource materials.
• Help design and improve processes for learning activities.
