Job summary

Highberg B.V. is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage training programs from planning to execution. You will coordinate in-company trainings, develop materials, and act as the primary contact for trainers and participants.

The role emphasizes autonomy and collaboration within a dynamic consultancy environment. You will work closely with clients, manage schedules, and build strong relationships with international clients while ensuring high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• HBO-level working and thinking skills.
• Experience in hospitality, event management, training coordination, or a comparable role.
• Experience with trainings, learning programs, or educational events is an advantage.
• Based in Amsterdam area (within ~30 minutes travel).
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Available during office hours, typically 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating in-company trainings, learning journeys, and open-enrollment programs.
• Preparing training materials, including participant lists, certificates, updates to online learning platforms, and evaluation processing.
• Acting as the first point of contact for trainers and participants.
• Creating efficient training schedules in collaboration with clients and the planning team.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing international clients.
• Hosting and closing training sessions at our office.
