About the role
As a Program Coordinator, you are the central hub of our training organization. You ensure that training courses, learning journeys, and development programs run smoothly from start to finish. You oversee planning and scheduling, coordinate with clients and trainers, support participants, and make sure everything behind the scenes is organized to perfection.
From an international training series to an in-company program for a client, you maintain a clear overview, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and deliver a professional learning experience for everyone involved.
Your role as Program Coordinator
Thanks to your strong organizational skills, service-oriented mindset, and keen eye for detail, you ensure that training programs are delivered professionally, smoothly, and successfully from start to finish. In this role, your responsibilities include:

- Creating and managing training schedules in collaboration with clients, trainers, and the planning team.
- Handling all operational preparations, including participant communications, training materials, certificates, and digital learning environments.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for trainers, participants, and clients throughout the entire training process.
- Monitoring progress, quality, and the participant experience, including processing evaluations and implementing improvement actions.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing (international) clients and trainers.
- Welcoming participants and facilitating on-site training sessions, ensuring that every event is delivered in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Identifying potential issues in planning or execution and proactively proposing effective solutions.

- You are energized by coordinating, organizing, and continuously improving processes.
- You have strong communication skills and can effortlessly interact with clients, trainers, and participants.
- You combine a customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach.
- You are AI literate and able to apply AI in a conscious, critical, and responsible way to enhance your work.
What are we asking?
- You have an MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking, acquired through education and/or professional experience.
- You have experience in a coordinating role, for example within Learning & Development, training coordination, event management, project support, or a similar environment.
- You have experience planning and organizing programs, events, training courses, or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- You possess strong organizational skills, can maintain oversight, and are able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- You work accurately, take ownership of your responsibilities, and proactively adjust when plans change.
- You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- You are available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
- You are flexible and can adjust your working hours in consultation with the team to meet its needs.
What are we offering?
- Attractive and comprehensive employment conditions: a salary of €3.200 to €3.900, with variable compensation aligned with the responsibility and impact of your role, complemented by paid leave, mobility options, and a pension scheme.
- A one-year contract with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
- The best of two worlds: the intellectual sharpness and quality of a high end consultancy firm, combined with the agility and engagement of an entrepreneurial organization.
- Responsibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurship: from the very start, you take ownership in projects and client work, with plenty of room to take initiative, supported by experienced colleagues.
- Collaborating in an accessible environment: you work in a setting where decision making is close to the action and ideas quickly gain traction.
