Job summary

Highberg B.V. is seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist to translate strategy into concrete campaigns, plan and execute activities, and align with consultants and partners.

You will drive content and campaigns across channels and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful implementation. You will work with People & Organization experts, manage calendars, and coordinate end-to-end campaigns while measuring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
• Experience setting up and executing campaigns (content, events, paid, SEO).
• Data‑driven approach with measurable results.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Willing to travel between Utrecht and Amsterdam offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and translate marketing and communications strategy into actionable plans and campaigns.
• Work with partners and consultants, supporting marketing tasks as needed.
• Manage the marketing calendar with clear priorities and deadlines.
• Turn consultants’ ideas into compelling content for target audiences and channels.
• Initiate, coordinate, and execute end‑to‑end campaigns with the team.
• Increase visibility of P&O expertise on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Use HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Search Console and LinkedIn Campaign Manager daily.
