You bring initiative, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication in Dutch and English. The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering sustainable impact in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed and 4–8 years in organizational change, transformation or consulting.
• Experience with organizational transformation programs.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English; German appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Transform traditional organizations into responsive digital market leaders.
• Improve organizational processes, ways of working, behaviors and leadership practices.
• Drive improvements in IT delivery capabilities.
• Support a consistent strategy-to-execution flow (e.g., Lean Portfolio Management).
• Design and implement practices enabling continuous innovation.
• Reinvent organizational functions to meet adaptive needs.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues on client engagements and development.
