Huisman is seeking a Trainee Project Planner to join an international, innovative team and help deliver turn-key projects worldwide. You will develop and coordinate schedules for quotes and projects, bridging sales, quotation and project phases.

About The Position Of Trainee Project Planner

What do we expect of you?

As a trainee Project Planner, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating schedules for both quotes sent through Sales and Huisman Projects.

You will be involved in both the quotation and project phases to ensure that the quotations have an achievable schedule, while after the contract the project team will be empowered to drive the project based on your planning.

This Is What You Will Do

• Set up (network) planning, both for projects and proposal, according to Huisman standards and working agreements;
• Periodically reporting on project progress to proposal lead, project manager and project team;
• Monitoring and identifying current and future capacity shortfalls;
• Continuous improvement of planning tools or processes;
• Ensuring schedule compliance, identifying bottlenecks and providing solutions.

You Are

You Have

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field;
• Analytical and systematic working method;
• Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and prioritize.

• An EU passport/valid work permit for The Netherlands;
• A good command of the English language verbally and in writing.
