About The Position Of Production Planner
As a Production Planner with us, you are so much more than someone who creates schedules. What do we expect of you?
- Analyzing project and production data and translating it into an efficient schedule for personnel, machines, materials, and components;
- Aligning production capacity with project schedules;
- Managing the daily production schedule, monitoring progress and resource utilisation;
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to minimise impact on cost and lead time;
- Adjusting the schedule in consultation with relevant stakeholders;
- Ensuring clear communication about planning, progress and priorities during production meetings;

You Will Have
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required;
- Production planning experience in a technical or project‑driven environment;
- Strong analytical ability and a clear overview of production processes;
- Experience using ERP systems and a structured way of working;
- Clear communication skills: you communicate clearly, work accurately, and take ownership;
- A technical and international mindset: you feel at home in a down‑to‑earth, technically driven, and international organization.
Some Practical Things We Need You To Have
- An EU passport or valid work permit for the Netherlands;
- A good command of the Dutch and English language, verbally and in writing.
