Job summary

Arvato’s Tech division in Lelystad operates an 80,000 m² facility. As a Traffic Employee, you'll coordinate inbound and outbound transport, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure smooth daily goods flows.

You'll join Traffic & Customer Support, prepare reports in systems and Excel, handle documentation, and work in a two-shift on-site schedule. A full-time, permanent potential after a temporary contract; English required; driver’s license needed.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transport or warehouse.
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems (e.g., SAP).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 2-shift operation.
• Driver's license and own transportation.

As a Logistics Coordinator (Traffic Employee), you'll play a key role in keeping Arvato’s inbound and outbound goods flows running smoothly at our newest 80,000 m² Tech location in Lelystad. You'll coordinate transport movements, communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders, and make sure everything runs according to plan. As a Traffic Employee, you're at the heart of the daily logistics operation. You'll combine administrative and operational responsibilities, coordinate arrivals and departures, and respond quickly when plans change. By keeping communication clear and processes moving, you help create a safe, efficient and reliable flow of goods from day one.

YOUR ROLE

As a Traffic employee, you are responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of transport-related processes. You maintain oversight of daily goods flows and support the coordination of inbound and outbound transportation activities.

You will be part of the Traffic & Customer Support team and work closely with Operations, Warehouse Support and other internal stakeholders. You will report to the Supervisor and play a visible role within the daily operation.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a communicative and well-organized Traffic employee who feels at home in a dynamic logistics environment and can maintain overview when multiple processes are running simultaneously. You are able to communicate professionally and understand the importance of representing the business appropriately when interacting with the customer on site.

• MBO+ level of working and thinking, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field;
• 1–3 years of experience within a logistics, transport or warehouse environment;
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations;
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Available full-time and willing to work in a 2-shift operation;
• Accurate, communicative and able to perform well under pressure.

Due to the location and operational hours, a driver's license and own transportation are essential.
