Job summary

NLO, located in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks a Paralegal to manage trademark and design administrative processes, ensuring deadlines and documents are in order. You will support attorneys, coordinate registrations domestically and internationally, and maintain client relations as the go-to contact.

You will join a five-attorney team and several paralegals, acting as central coordinator, handling calendar management and task assignment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO or HBO in Law, Business Administration, or Administrative Assistant
• 5+ years of administrative work experience
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills
• Accurate, structured, and able to work independently within a team
• Experience handling deadlines and document control

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes related to protecting clients’ trademarks and designs
• Monitor the registration process for various clients in the Netherlands and abroad
• Coordinate tasks and calendars in the digital system
• Answer phone calls as the first point of contact
• Prepare quotations and organise client visits
• Attend important client meetings alongside attorneys
