Job summary

MAM Gruppe is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its central legal and compliance team in the Netherlands. You will draft and review contracts, support governance, and coordinate external legal support to safeguard the organisation’s legal interests.

You will research Dutch law, prepare summaries for internal stakeholders, and handle compliance tasks while advising on product lifecycle matters across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dutch Law (LLB/LLM) required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a legal department or law firm.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents.
• Support corporate governance, including maintaining corporate records, drafting standard corporate documents, and liaising with government authorities.
• Research Dutch laws and regulations and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Handle compliance tasks, including policy updates, internal reviews, and monitoring legal developments.
• Support legal matters throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate external legal support and prepare internal communications, presentations, and training materials.
