IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. in Hoofddorp (NL) is offering a full-time internship in the HR Total Rewards team. You will support compensation analysis, data collection, and process improvements, tackling projects from start to finish.

The role requires a student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. Hybrid work includes two days in the office and remote days, starting February 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks.
• Curious and motivated to improve internal processes.
• Team player with a professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist with salary range reviews for some EMEA countries.
• Support data collection for benchmark surveys.
• Improve employee experience via Ask HR content.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Payroll to align processes.
• Identify improvements in compensation processes, documentation, and tools.
• Support ongoing benefits projects to improve employee understanding.
