Job summary

IDEXX is offering a Marketing & Internal Communications Intern role in Hoofddorp. You will gain real-world experience in employee marketing, shaping the employee experience and supporting internal communications efforts.

The internship targets students in Marketing/Communication or HR with strong communication skills, and offers a 6-month hybrid work arrangement starting early 2027 with a €650 monthly allowance.

As an employee Marketing & Internal Communications Intern at IDEXX, you’ll have the opportunity to:

What You Will Need to Succeed

• You are a student of Communication or Marketing, Business Management with a focus in marketing/communication or an HR student with excellent communication skills.

Some practical aspects

• You are available to start at the beginning of January or February 2027 and can work with us 6 months full-time (40 hours a week)
• You will receive an allowance of 650 euros per month.
• You need to be enrolled as a student towards the attaining of a degree to be eligible for this internship and to count with your university approval to do the assignment. If you are not an European national, you will also need to provide an approved Nuffic agreement. This is a work experience internship, unfortunately, not suitable for a thesis or research project.
• Our office is located in Hoofddorp, next to the train station (25 minutes from Amsterdam by train). We work in a hybrid format, with a requirement to work a minimum of two times per week at the office the remaining days remote.
