Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Finance Business Operation Intern (Global Business Services Intern) in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. You will join the European Finance Business Operations Team and handle order entry, checks and processing for multiple countries, interfacing with Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure compliant flows.

We require a Finance/Business-focused student, fluent in English, with strong Excel and MS Office skills, who can work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Finance or Business student with love for numbers.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Strong MS Office and especially Excel skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders and service contracts within the EMEA region.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth order flows.
• Handle customer orders in SAP or via dedicated mailboxes for capital products, standing orders and service contracts.
