Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking a Tooling Design Engineer for an initial 6 months contract in the south of the Netherlands. The role focuses on advanced tooling and handling systems, requiring 8–12 years of mechanical design experience and ASML familiarity.

The candidate will lead design reviews, engage stakeholders, and drive key engineering decisions. Educational background includes a Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in the development of complex tooling and handling systems.
• Experience with ASML is a must; ASML WoW-TPD's, SEG documents (TPS, EDs & TAR) familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical meetings and engage with stakeholders to solve technical issues.
• Lead design reviews of team members.
• Develop tooling and handling systems, including lifts and cranes.

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Tooling Design Engineer for an initial 6 months contract with our client in the south of the Netherlands

Description:

Previous ASML exp is a must. Tooling design exp is a plus.

Educational Background:

**Bachelors degree / Master's degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics

Experience: +8-12 years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in the development of complex tooling and handling systems, lift, cranes, etc.

Technical proficiency:

• Strong skills in CAD software (Siemens NX and TC), finite element analysis knowledge (FEA/FEM), hand calculation of loads and forces (stress calculations, bending and buckling, shear stress, Factor of Safety, etc)
• Knowledge of materials: mechanical and chemical properties
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of tolerance analysis and GD&T
• Estimate, plan and control the planning.
