  • Support in defining team training requirements, recommendation on spare parts and service agreements with suppliers.
  • Perform 2nd line troubleshooting and routine maintenance (exchange of consumables).
  • Coordinate periodical maintenance executed by supplier experts. Check the recording of the performed activities and the spare part consumption for follow-up actions/orders needed.
  • Take initiative in escalations to get supplier expertise involved in-time, keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Postmortem analysis, initiating structural solutions to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Ensure the correct stock of all necessary parts with the aim of having all necessary parts available on time, so that maintenance can be planned efficiently, and breakdowns/repairs take as little time as possible.
  • Create & maintain work instructions for First-line recovery and give knowledge transfers to colleagues for both Equipment Support and Process Technicians.
  • Observe day to day execution and performance of the equipment and initiate improvements (measured in Uptime, MTTR, and MTBF).
Education
  • Vocational / Bachelor with technical background (for example Mechatronics).
Experience
  • Relevant experience of servicing high-tech equipment.
  • Experience with MS Office platform.
  • IT experience is a strong advantage.
