YoungCapital NEXT zoekt een International Mechanical Install Engineer in Veldhoven. Je installeert en inbedrijfstelt geavanceerde ASML-lithografiesystemen bij klanten wereldwijd en werkt mee aan upgrades en probleemoplossing.

Naast uitvoering van mechanische taken, ondersteun je knowledge transfer aan lokale teams en rapporteer je voortgang. Reizen circa 70% en werken in een high-tech, internationaal team zijn onderdeel van de rol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in een relevante technische richting.
• Relevante hands-on ervaring in mechanische assemblage, installatie, onderhoud, commissioning of troubleshooting.
• Aantoonbare affiniteit met het samenstellen en troubleshooten van complexe machines.

Responsibilities

• Installeren, afstellen en inbedrijfstellen van ASML-lithografiesystemen bij klanten wereldwijd.
• Uitvoeren van mechanische storingsanalyse en upgrades aan geavanceerde machines.
• Ondersteunen van pilots en prototype-systemen en introductie van nieuwe features.
• Technische ondersteuning leveren aan klanten en lokale installatieteams.

What are you going to do:

Start as an International Mechanical Install Engineer in Veldhoven! In this role, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning advanced ASML lithography systems at customer locations worldwide. You will work on complex mechanical assemblies, carry out adjustments and upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues and make sure complete systems are delivered according to ASML's high quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with international customer support teams, local install engineers and technical specialists. You will also support knowledge transfer to local teams and contribute to continuous improvements within the System Install Engineering department. Because a large part of the role takes place at customer sites abroad, you should be comfortable with frequent international travel and working in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Installing, adjusting and commissioning complete ASML lithography systems at customer locations worldwide.
• Performing mechanical troubleshooting, upgrades and complex adjustments on advanced machines.
• Supporting pilot and prototype systems, including the introduction of new features.
• Providing professional technical support to customers and local install teams.
• Sharing technical knowledge with first- and second-line engineers.
• Reporting progress, documenting technical issues and ensuring clear handovers.
• Contributing to structural improvements within the System Install Engineering team.
• Working according to strict safety, quality and "first time right" standards.

• Salary: An indicative fixed annual salary between €51,000 and €57,000 gross , including holiday allowance and a 13th month, excluding profit sharing and shift allowance.

What we ask

• You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical field.
• You have relevant hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, installation, maintenance, commissioning or troubleshooting in a high-tech environment.
• You have proven affinity with assembling and troubleshooting complex machinery , preferably combining both coarse and fine mechanics .
• Experience within industries such as semiconductor, mechatronics, automotive, aerospace or machine building is a strong advantage.
• You are willing to travel internationally approximately 70% of the time and are flexible regarding shift patterns and customer-site assignments.
• You are fluent in English , both spoken and written.
• You are independent, safety-conscious, stress-resistant and structured , while also being a strong team player.
• You hold a valid international driver's license and are willing to commit to the Install department for at least 3 years .
