Job summary

HQ Pack in Eindhoven is seeking a Team Lead for the Tech Repair department to steer a team of 10–20 employees on the shop floor, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will remove obstacles, coordinate priorities with planning and engineering, and drive continuous improvement using Lean and 5S to meet customer commitments.

Within our Tech Repair department, we ensure that high-value components and systems meet customer specifications again after use, maintenance, or repair. As the department continues to grow, we are looking for a Team Lead who can provide daily direction to the team and help maintain a stable and efficient operation. In this role, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 10 to 20 employees. You will spend most of your time on the shop floor, monitoring daily operations, coordinating priorities, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met. When issues arise, you take action, remove obstacles, and support your team in finding practical solutions. You act as the link between the operation and management. Together with fellow Team Leads, planners, and support departments, you ensure work is completed according to plan and customer commitments are met. Success in this role means creating an environment where the team can work efficiently, operational targets are achieved, and employees have the clarity and support they need to perform at their best.
