Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands is seeking a Team Lead for the System Performance group. You will lead a diverse team of engineers on a 5-shift schedule focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost while driving Lean transformations.

You are expected to have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a technical environment, a technical degree, and excellent English communication. The role includes resource planning, stakeholder management, and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leading a technical team.
• Bachelor's or master's degree; strong operations management.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
