Job summary

Stage Entertainment Group, based at the Amsterdam head office, seeks a Finance Specialist Ticketing to safeguard the accuracy of finance processes around its ticketing platform. You will coordinate with IT, Workday, and finance teams to optimize integrations and reconciliation efforts.

You will drive improvements, support transformation initiatives, and work across borders with Stage’s offices in Europe. A hybrid work model in Amsterdam with remote options is offered along with ongoing

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Ability to analyze financial and operational data.
Experience designing and improving financial processes and controls.

Responsibilities

Monitor integrations between the ticketing platform and Workday Finance.
Support countries with reconciliation analyses and issue resolution.
Lead cross-functional projects affecting integrations and accounting.
Drive process improvements and documentation in finance processes.
Perform reconciliations between the ticketing platform and the PSP platform.
Monitor and investigate disputes and coordinate with CoE Ticketing and IT.
Collaborate with Group Treasury and risk & internal controls to ensure controls.
Support group audits and stakeholder alignment on finance requirements.
