Job summary

Stage Entertainment Nederland, based at the Zuidas in Amsterdam, seeks a Finance Specialist Ticketing to oversee finance integrations between the ticketing platform and Workday Finance, and to drive automated accounting workflows. You will lead month-end activities, ensure reconciliations, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to improve processes.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, management reporting and financial controls.
Understanding of financial system integrations; Workday and Boomi is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Experience designing and improving financial processes and controls.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Monitor integrations between the ticketing platform and Workday Finance.
Support reconciliation issues across countries and teams.
Lead cross-functional projects involving change requests and system enhancements.
Perform month-end close activities and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with Center of Excellence Ticketing, IT Integrations and Workday Finance.
Ensure adequate controls and support group audits.
