Qualifications

• Core: you’re new to assembly or have some experience. No diploma required, eagerness to learn is.
• Specialist: you’ve got 2+ years of experience, read technical documentation easily and build complex (sub)systems independently. MBO 3/4 or equivalent.
• Expert: you’re the go‑to person for complex machines, root‑cause analysis, new product introductions and process improvement. 2+ years in complex manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic modules, connect wire harnesses and mount PCBAs.
• Test and inspect to ensure quality, identify issues and implement fixes.
• Work in two shifts and share knowledge with the team.

A day in your life

You start your shift with your team and pick up where the previous shift left off. You build mechanical and electronic modules, connect wire harnesses, mount PCBAs and tighten everything to exact torque specifications. Then comes the moment of truth: testing and inspection. Something not quite right? You dive in, find the cause and fix it.
