Job summary

Nexperia Nijmegen is seeking a Test Engineer to define test strategy and drive DfT and test programs for DC-DC converters, e-fuses, ideal diodes, and load switches. You will collaborate with design, hardware, and site teams to ensure robust test solutions from development to production.

The role requires a Master or Bachelor in Electronics Engineering with 4+ years in R&D test development, strong C++ scripting, mixed-signal testing, and excellent English communication within international teams.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Electronics Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in test development in an R&D environment.
• Experience with mixed-signal testing and ATE.
• Excellent English communication in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the test strategy for new products and release tests to production.
• Create test specifications and test plans; drive test deliverables.
• Assess test coverage and define DfT requirements with design.
• Lead the ATE test program and hardware development, deploy in production.
• Collaborate with design, architecture and site engineers across disciplines.
