Job summary

ITproposal B.V. in Amsterdam seeks a Test Coordinator for SAP SuccessFactors to support a global implementation with HR integrations. You will drive test planning, ensure data quality, payroll accuracy, and business readiness across the HR landscape.

The role requires coordinating End-to-End testing, validating master data, and aligning with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, payroll, and Belgian compliance. Onsite/Hybrid work arrangements and ASAP start offered.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Test Coordinator in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Proven experience in integrated SAP HR / SuccessFactors environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across Core HR & Soft HR domains.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end business process testing.
• Data validation and reconciliation expertise.
• Payroll and time management integrations experience.
• Experience working with Jira and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent documentation, planning, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive test activity plan, including domains, timelines, roles, and Go/No-Go criteria.
• Coordinate and execute End-to-End Testing and User Acceptance Testing for SuccessFactors and HR integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document test scenarios across HR domains.
• Validate end-to-end HR processes: Core HR, Position Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Time, Payroll integrations, Reporting & Analytics.
• Ensure SAP localisations and Belgium-specific HR, payroll, tax, and compliance requirements are covered.
• Perform data validation: employee master data checks, interface reconciliation, reporting consistency, and migration verification.
• Validate integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors, SAP HR local systems, payroll, time management, and downstream apps.
• Coordinate testing activities with business users, process owners, technical teams, integration teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor testing progress, prepare status reports, identify risks, and escalate issues.
• Support integration testing, regression testing, and go-live readiness activities.
• Provide clear, structured communication to project management and stakeholders.
