Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP testing and QA experience.
• Experience leading UAT teams in large SAP programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.
• Experience delivering testing for global ERP deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of UAT Test Leads across multiple regions.
• Define UAT strategy, governance, standards, and reporting structure.
• Manage testing readiness, environments, data, and schedules; ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, and business readiness status.
• Collaborate with PMO, System Integrators, and Process Owners to meet objectives.
