Job summary

ITproposal is seeking a Test Coordinator for SAP SuccessFactors in Amsterdam, NL. The role focuses on supporting a global SF SuccessFactors implementation with payroll and Belgium-specific compliance considerations.

You will validate integration points between SuccessFactors and SAP HR local systems, manage test scenarios, and coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure a successful go-live.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central (SF-EC) experience.
• Proven experience in integrated SAP HR / SuccessFactors environments.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across Core HR and Soft HR domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive test activity plan with domains, timelines and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Coordinate End-to-End Testing and UAT for SuccessFactors and HR integrations.
• Validate end-to-end HR processes including Core HR, Position Management, Recruitment, Learning, PM, Time, Payroll integrations, Reporting.
