Job summary

Michael Page International (Netherlands) is seeking an autonomous sales professional to take ownership of a defined territory within the medical devices sector. You will partner with oral surgeons, implantologists, dental labs and procurement teams to grow market share and nurture long-term customer relationships.

In this role you will develop territory plans, win new accounts, and collaborate with surgical, lab and marketing colleagues to maximise regional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Manager in medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with growth strategy.
• Identify, approach and win new accounts across dental practices and laboratories.
• Build and maintain relationships with oral surgeons, implantologists, buyers, laboratories and dental groups.
• Advise customers on implantology, prosthetics and digital dentistry solutions.
• Collaborate with surgical, laboratory and marketing colleagues to maximise regional growth.
