Job summary

Dandy in Amsterdam is expanding globally and seeking a Commercial Account Executive to lead the NL market. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, build prospecting motions for dental practices, and help shape our NL go-to-market with leadership input.

You’ll join a high-growth team, work in English and Dutch, and operate with urgency in a fast-moving environment. Prior startups or scaling experience and CRM proficiency are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: qualify, discover, and close new SMB customers
• Proactively prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisition
• Serve as a founding voice in shaping Dandy’s NL sales motion, messaging, and processes
• Consistently track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce
• Become a student of dentistry and an expert in Dandy’s product and value proposition
• Partner closely with senior sales leadership to hit revenue targets and refine KPIs
• Operate with urgency, accountability, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment
