Cognex, a world leader in vision systems and automation, seeks an Associate Territory Sales Engineer in the Netherlands to drive quota and develop new business. You will engage with customers, demonstrate Cognex solutions, and tailor applications to improve production quality.

In this field-based role, expect travel to customer sites, collaboration with marketing at events, and ongoing CRM updates. A two-year metric-driven sales background and a four-year degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales training and field experience in a metric driven environment.
• 4-year college degree from reputable universities is required.
• STEM major helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve a defined sales quota for the designated territory.
• Drive activities-based business objectives including customer visits and new product introductions.
• Prospect for new opportunities via cold and warm leads and schedule site visits.
• Travel to customer facilities to demonstrate Cognex products and review issues.
• Capture competitive data and update CRM with project details.
• Assist at trade shows to generate qualified leads.
• Generate leads for other Cognex teams by understanding complex vision applications.
