Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager / Technical Sales Engineer to take ownership of the Southern Netherlands territory, including Eindhoven and Breda.

You will drive new business development and nurture existing customer relationships with a strong technical lens. Ideal candidates will combine technical understanding of automation systems with a hunter mentality, ready to discuss PLCs, controls and electrical engineering concepts with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in technical sales to machine builders, OEMs or system integrators.
• Experience with industrial automation systems and ability to discuss technical requirements with customers.
• Willingness to travel and be field-based across Southern Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined Southern Netherlands territory, focusing on new business development while growing existing relationships.
• Engage with machine builders, OEMs and system integrators to identify opportunities and deliver the right solution with the internal tech team.
• Conduct around 6 customer visits per week and allocate ~3 days on the road.
