Job summary

Simovision, a Hilco Vision company, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in the Netherlands. You will manage relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, optometrists, and hospital procurement teams, promoting cataract, refractive, retina, and eye-care solutions.

This is a field-based role with travel across the Netherlands. You will build a territory sales plan, demonstrate products, conduct training, and collaborate with the Benelux team to ensure successful order execution and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, ideally ophthalmology.
• Strong Dutch network in ophthalmology clinics or hospitals.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of the Simovision portfolio across a Dutch territory.
• Identify new opportunities and prospect clinics and hospitals.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training in clinical settings.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan and track pipeline via CRM.
• Represent Simovision at trade shows and clinical events.
• Coordinate with the Benelux sales team and marketing for orders and campaigns.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance to management.
