Job summary

Cognex Corporation, a world leader in machine vision, seeks an Associate Territory Sales Engineer in the Netherlands. The role targets growth through hunting new customers, presenting Cognex vision systems, and solving applications on site.

You will travel to customer plants, build strong relationships, and support trade shows while maintaining CRM data for qualified opportunities. A STEM-related degree is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales training and field experience in a metric driven environment.
• 4-year college degree; STEM background helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a defined sales quota for current and prospective customers in the designated territory.
• Perform customer visits, acquire new customers, and introduce new Cognex products.
• Travel to customer facilities to demonstrate Cognex products and resolve application issues.
• Maintain CRM with leads, opportunities, and project details.
• Assist at trade shows and generate qualified leads for Cognex teams.
