Michael Page is seeking a field-based sales professional to own and grow a nationwide hospital territory across the Netherlands. You will identify opportunities within operating rooms and procurement teams, delivering value through product demonstrations and targeted account strategies.

You will work with clinical and logistics colleagues, travel across the country as needed, and leverage your OR and healthcare sales background to drive customer relationships and outcomes.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Operating Room (OR) experience gained as a clinician, specialist or sales professional.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing hospital accounts and complex stakeholder networks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Netherlands.

Responsabilidades

• Own territory development and growth within hospitals and surgical departments.
• Identify and convert new opportunities into long-term customers.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions.
• Manage and grow relationships with operating room, theatre and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, customer service and logistics teams.
• Monitor market developments and competitive activity.
