MindCapture BV in the North East Netherlands seeks an Account Manager Surgery to drive commercial growth across hospitals and clinical accounts. You will combine consultative selling with clinical support while building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

The role involves presenting surgical solutions, negotiating contracts, and representing MindCapture at professional events, collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and purchasing teams, while maintaining accurate activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor level thinking and working capability.
• At least two years of commercial sales experience.
• Sales experience within medical technology or a closely related healthcare field is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with hospitals, clinics or healthcare professionals in a commercial capacity.

• Deliver agreed commercial objectives across your assigned territory
• Build strong and sustainable relationships with hospitals and clinical stakeholders
• Identify new commercial opportunities and expand the existing customer base
• Present and demonstrate surgical solutions in hospitals and clinics
• Provide technical support during procedures when required
• Manage pricing discussions and contractual negotiations with customers
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses and purchasing departments
• Represent our client at relevant national and international professional events
• Maintain accurate records of commercial activities and results

Requirements:

• Bachelor level thinking and working capability
• At least two years of commercial sales experience
• Sales experience within medical technology or a closely related healthcare field is strongly preferred
• Experience working with hospitals, clinics or healthcare professionals in a commercial capacity
• Candidates from a hospital environment, such as nursing or operating theatre roles, are also considered
• Candidates with a clinical background must already have initial commercial experience
• Residence in Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Flevoland, Overijssel or relevant parts of Gelderland or Utrecht
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focused approach
• Excellent Dutch with good professional English
• Independent, proactive, analytical and results focused working style
• Collaborative and diplomatic approach with the ability to bring balance to an energetic team
• Experience with project management or product introductions is preferred
