Our Partner is seeking a Commercial / Tender Manager to drive the full tender process for offshore and maritime projects. You will coordinate bids, steer negotiations, and align engineers, finance and operations to deliver compelling proposals on time.

In this role you’ll manage contract risks, optimise cost estimates and lead internal bid meetings. Fluency in English is essential, Dutch is a big advantage, and you’ll thrive in a proactive, commercially minded team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in tender engineering/management in offshore/maritime sectors.
• Familiarity with contract standards (like BIMCO), estimation tools, and project software.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a big advantage).

Responsabilidades

Commercial / Tender Manager - Lead Winning Proposals in Offshore Projects

At Our Partner, you’ll drive the entire tender process and play a vital role in securing complex offshore and maritime projects. As Commercial / Tender Manager, you coordinate bids, negotiate contracts, and align internal stakeholders, from engineering to finance, all while keeping the client and commercial targets in focus.

What will you do?

• Manage and improve tender procedures from A to Z;

What do you bring?

• A completed Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in tender engineering/management in offshore/maritime sectors;
