Job summary

Bynder is seeking a Customer Analytics Intern to join the Customer Insights team within Revenue Operations. You will work with the Lead on real analyses to inform leadership on customer behavior, product adoption, and revenue growth, while developing dashboards and data definitions.

You will be enrolled in a Dutch university, based in the Netherlands, and start a 6-month, full-time internship in October 2026.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship.
Must be based in The Netherlands.
Six-month full-time internship starting October 2026.
Strong Excel skills and data familiarity.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain data clearly.
BI tool knowledge is a plus (Power BI/Tableau/ThoughtSpot).
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Validate, clean, and structure data from Salesforce, the Bynder platform, and other sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support ad hoc analyses for Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to surface trends.
Help understand customer health and identify usage patterns indicating risk or opportunity.
Maintain core dashboards for on-demand actionable insights by stakeholders.
Help document core metric definitions to improve data transparency.
Assist in preparing the Quarterly Insights Review with cross-functional teams.
Flag data quality issues and suggest improvements to metrics tracking.
