Job summary

The Heineken Company in Amsterdam is offering an Employee Engagement Intern position within the Global Talent & Performance Management team. You will support worldwide engagement initiatives and contribute to projects shaping People strategy across the organization.

You will help run the Employee Engagement Survey for 85,000+ employees, support global communications, manage diverse stakeholders, and strengthen Excel and data analytics to drive reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Curious and proactive nature with an analytical mindset.
• Affinity for working with both people and data.
• Experience with Excel (or an eagerness to develop it).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of HEINEKEN’s company‑wide Employee Engagement Survey, where we survey 85,000+ employees worldwide on 50+ metrics.
• Contribute to global communications around engagement, listening and culture initiatives.
• Support with managing a wide range of stakeholders globally and their local listening needs.
• Strengthen your Excel skills and advanced data analysis capabilities to drive reporting and insights.
• Analyze insights to identify engagement trends that support strategic decision‑making.
