Internship – D&T Transformation & Change Management
Are you ambitious, analytical, and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? This internship is for students with a strong foundation in Business, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering who want to sharpen their consulting mindset. Join our Program Change and Transformation team and contribute directly to operational excellence and strategic program execution.
Responsibilities
- Analytics: create high-quality ad hoc analyses from systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, and Excel to support key transformation programs
- Dashboarding: build operational dashboards and KPI overviews to support senior decision-making
- Facilitation: independently organize and manage online workshops, team engagement sessions, and events with precision and polish
- Agile support: help the team maintain program rhythm, communication, and execution momentum
Terms of Employment
- Your starting date is 1 September 2026
- The internship is full-time
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice-oriented internship
- You will be based in Amsterdam
- During your internship, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (expect 3 office days)
- You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail—both numerical and textual
- Experience with tools like Excel (mandatory), Power BI, and Jira (plus); knowledge of dashboards and data consolidation
- Proactive, can-do attitude with agility and stamina to operate in a high-speed, high-performance setting
- High education
- Affinity with technology, analytical mindset, problem solving
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint (mandatory), Power BI and Jira (plus)
Conditions
- You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during onboarding
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU
- You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship; HEINEKEN does not provide housing
- You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN)
