EY’s Technology M&A team in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager to lead IT carve-out and integration programs within M&A transactions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping technology strategies that drive value across the deal lifecycle.

This role requires deep tech expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in technology strategy, IT transformation, and M&A programs.
• Proven ability to lead large IT integration/separation programs and manage multiple workstreams.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MSD), IT architecture, and business processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management at executive level.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT carve-out and integration programs within M&A transactions.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and shape technology strategies.
• Oversee multiple engagements with risk management and quality delivery.
• Drive proposals, RFP responses, and go-to-market initiatives for Technology M&A services.
• Mentor and develop teams, including managers and consultants.
• Collaborate across EY service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
