Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape technology strategies within M&A transactions. You will lead IT due diligence, carve-out planning, integration roadmaps, and post-deal transformation while acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders in an international environment.

The role requires a master’s degree, 4–6 years of experience in technology strategy, and deep knowledge of ERP systems, IT architecture, and data management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in technology strategy, IT transformation and M&A programs.
• Proven experience with large-scale IT integration/separation programs.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MSD), IT architecture and business processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategies and transactions, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Oversee IT workstreams pre- and post-deal while managing client relationships.
• Advise C‑level executives on technology implications of M&A and operating models.
• Manage multiple engagements with focus on delivery quality and risk control.
• Support business development, including proposals and go-to-market activities.
