Job summary

PwC Nederland seeks a Manager Technology Deals to lead IT aspects of M&A and integration projects. You’ll work in a global DDV team, advising corporates and private equity on technology value creation.

You bring 4+ years in IT or IT strategy, a relevant university degree, and strong English. Hybrid work, competitive pay, and growth opportunities are offered as part of a dynamic, international Deals practice.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of IT experience in consulting, Big 4, or corporate IT strategy/transformation.
• University degree in Business Admin, Science, Engineering, or related field; affinity for digital tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify innovation capabilities to support digital, cloud, and automation needs.
• Provide insight into IT quality and risks via IT due diligence and opportunities.
• Lead Technology M&A project teams across due diligence, carve-out, integration, and IT synergy work.
• Drive business development with Partners and Directors; support pitch development.
• Create value and growth opportunities through IT-enabled performance improvements.
