Job summary

Accenture Amsterdam is seeking a graduate with M&A/IT consulting experience to support IT due diligence and IT-enabled transformation projects across pre-deal and post-deal phases. You will work on IT due diligence, merger integrations, carve-outs, and IT landscapes for joint ventures.

The role requires fluent English and Dutch, a relevant graduate degree, and willingness to travel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven value for clients.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or comparable fields.
Experience in M&A / IT consulting.
Ability to combine M&A expertise with technology-related topics (enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI).
Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

IT and technology due diligence projects focusing on enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness.
Merger integrations to plan and execute IT integration phases.
Carve-outs and divestitures involving IT separation and data segregation activities.
Joint-ventures and alliances to help clients choose and implement IT landscapes for partnerships.
