Job summary

Blue Lynx in Hilversum is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing tech team. You will handle support requests in Dutch and English, diagnose issues with GNSS receivers and related hardware, and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.

Initially on-site learning with one day remote per week later, you will work with product and development teams to support field professionals using our hardware and cloud software solutions.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
Willingness to commute to Hilversum on-site during learning phase; 1 day remote per week after.
Curiosity and genuine interest in how things work.

Responsibilities

Handle support requests via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.
Analyze technical issues and identify effective solutions.
Communicate troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly to customers.
Collaborate with product and development teams by reporting recurring issues and user feedback.
Repair, configure, and test GNSS receivers and related hardware.
Prepare and manage outgoing hardware shipments.
Provide hands-on technical support for GNSS receivers, mobile apps, and cloud software.
