Job summary

GXO Logistics in Lelystad seeks a Technical Supervisor to optimize maintenance services, standardize procedures, and monitor KPI-driven performance. You will collaborate with maintenance teams and the Technical Manager to ensure planned and unplanned work is executed efficiently.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related, strong English communication, advanced Excel, and experience with CMMS/SCADA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or related field.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Experience with CMMS/SCADA and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Optimize maintenance services and standardize procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely maintenance execution.
• Coordinate with Operations and suppliers for improvements.
• Create reports and analyze performance.
