Job summary

Super Micro Computer B.V. is seeking a Project Manager who will handle both pre and post technical sales activities in new and existing opportunities.

The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Sales and Extended teams to ensure the technical design proposal meets customer requirements. You will establish project plans, allocate resources, manage timelines, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and drive improvements to PM processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience directly managing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience establishing Manufacturing assembly processes.
• Must have PDU / Power Shelves / Busbar experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing and presentation).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timelines are met.
• Manage internal and external projects which may extend to suppliers and contract Manufacturers.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the planning and execution of projects.
• Proactively work to remove project obstacles, identify, and manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities.
• Actively drive the enhancement of project management processes, tooling and templates to improve the project management function.
• Provide timely status reports and program summaries including scope/schedule/quality risks, project status, resource allocation and customer impact.
